A game marred by the worst refereeing decisions we have encountered. A good fightback in the 2nd half couldnt salvage the game.

Every game we have one logistic nightmare, this time the field had no lines!! floodlight failure as well.. a game that we controlled had some major fouling by the opponents. Still we stuck to it and managaed to rally especially small naresh's speedy incursions along the flanks. and a 30m goal of the season from anand!

Sooooo Close! but...
TVasantham - 3 (Elamaran, Saravanan Ayyavoo, Prakash)

Our first defeat, but fully undeserved because we realy played well and deserved better. We let the other team take shots from outside the box, which proved to be our undoing. we had enough opportunities to get back into the game but just could not finish. hoever, we had no subs and some of us had to play a full game tired or injured was not easy.. Well done guys, given the circumstances.
MOTM - Mani - not easy to get past but also because has the most colourful vocabulary i have ever heard.. haha

A game we should have wrapped up but made it difficult for ourselves by leaving ourselves exposed at the back. our finishing needs polishing as well. We must have hit the bar at least 3x, with gajay coming close twice. Finally it took our energizer bunny (deva) to do the job. But kudos to a fantastic double save from sasi because that kept us in the game!

Venue: Anderson Secondary/ 31 JanA routine destruction of the official Arsenal Fan Club, by none other than the Arse fan himself Mr Sara Ayavoo!a brilliant display of attacking football and skill by us. Mr Ayavoo was easily the man of the match - running at the defence, making opportunities and finishing brilliantly. A great game by the defence as well, ganesh had little to do. a fantastic way to start the 2009 season guys!

We were making too many unforced errors and it seems to me that without david, we always suffer in defence!! only when he came in the second half did we start playing well.. need to kick about more guys!

New Jersey Order and Number
