as we have a proper set of regular players i think we need to make ourselves a set of jerseys and make the orange our 'away' and the blue our '3rd'. I need your feedback on the numbers and names behind. First come first served! the numbers confirmed so far are -

a lesson to be learnt in defeat!
Team Vasantham - 2 (Subaish, Ananth)
Tampines Boys - 6
Well.. finally a thrashing.. on the wrong side! i think the referee (who was quite obviously a good friend of the opponent) looked to favour them in most decisions. But still we should have closed the game when we were 2-1 up as we did not have players. Some of us lost composure and were more looking forward to whack them rather than play our game. We don't need to win every game guys but we do not need to lose like this. We always have to play to whistle and look to score and not look to get revenge.. Selvam our GK and Subaish played well and Ananth played his heart out.. but to no avail.. I strained my calf muscle and looking to be out for at least a month.The bright spark of the game?.. being able to play alongside the legend that is R Suriamurthi.. Thanks to kathir and sivaram for bringing him. He created most of our chances down the left in the later part of the first half. What a player! For those who attended the jeanz opening instead of coming for the game.. Thanks!!!
MOTM - Selvam (without whom the scoreline would have been quite 'memorable'!!)
